Weston's Bakery is a local bakery ran by the Weston Family of Stars Hollow. It is known for serving lots of cakes and having really good pie.

- Rory ordered a huge birthday cake for Lorelai's birthday in Happy Birthday, Baby that contained of a cake and additional cupcakes with both buttercream and whipped cream frosting.
- It was owned by Fran Weston until her death in 2003. Fran opened the bakery in 1955.[3]
- Lorelai visited Weston's often (about twice a day) while her and Luke were broken up.
