Susan Bennett is a character in Season 7 of Gilmore Girls, portrayed by Mia Cottet.
Story[]
Susan Bennett is April's swimming coach. Luke meets Coach Bennet when he comes to pick up April, she tells Luke he should take the parents' swim class, much to April's amusement. At the parents' swim Coach Bennet asks Luke out and he accepts. Unbeknownst to Luke, Coach Bennet has a reputation of sleeping with the swim students' fathers. They go out on a date and Luke is less than pleased by the vegan menu.
