In the Clamor and the Clangor is the 11th episode of Season 4 of Gilmore Girls.

Synopsis[]

Lane (Keiko Agena) risks exposing her secret social life when her band lands a 1 AM gig at CBGB's and she lies to her mother (Emily Kuroda) about her whereabouts on the night of the show. In other events, Rory (Alexis Bledel) confronts a campus gossip; Lorelai (Lauren Graham) discovers that Luke (Scott Patterson) neglected to tell her that he and Nicole (guest star Tricia O'Kelley) are living together; and the residents of Stars Hollow are being driven batty by the restored belfry to the Stars Hollow House of Worship, the beneficiary of funds following long-time resident Stan Green's passing.
